- Autonomous contractor management roles
- Drive In – Drive Out
- Supervision of mechanical and structural upgrades and installations
- 12 month duration
THE ROLE:
- Manage and coordinate activities performed by contractors on site
- Provide technical and planning support to the project management team
- Actively track delivery/quality of work packages to provide accurate progress reports
- Effectively manage commissioning activities
- Identify improvement opportunities with regular leadership interaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous fabrication or mechanical trade background
- Strong technical design experience
- Preferred background with fixed storage facilities
- Sound competency with Microsoft applications
- Demonstrated previous supervisory and contractor management experience
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
