PROJECT INFORMATION AND NEEDS:
Due to the award of a new production mining contract in the Gascoyne area, we are seeking applications and commitment from a number of skilled operators and trades in the greater Geraldton area.
The project:
- Located approximately halfway between Geraldton and Carnarvon off the Northwest Coastal Highway
- 2:1 Roster; 1 week of Days, 1 Week of nights
The requirements:
- Diesel Fitters – CAT experience essential: $85/HR+
- Dozer Operators – D10 or D11: $70/HR+
- Grader Operators – 16H/M: $70/HR+
- Production Excavator Operators – 300t: $70/HR+
- All Rounders – Dump Truck, Loader, Water Cart: $64.50/HR+
REQUIREMENTS:
- Operators – demonstrated previous experience operating mobile plant
- Trades – relevant trade qualification and previous experience with heavy machinery maintenance
- Ability to commit and communicate throughout the mobilisation process.
- Current WA drivers licence
- Current National Police Clearance
- Previous exposure working in a production mining environment.
- Availability to complete PEM testing and an interview in Rockingham.
