Assistant Administration Manager

THE ROLE:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Administration, Sales, and Transport teams
  • Build and maintain excellent customer and supplier relationships through timely, effective and professional communication
  • Support the sales and finance team through accurate quoting, processing, and fulfillment of orders in line with company procedures
  • Maintain accurate records within management system as per company procedures
  • Provide training, support, guidance, and direction to team members as capability develops

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Cert IV in Administration or Business (or demonstrated practical experience)
  • Proficient in MYOB accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in  precast concrete, civil construction or related industry.
  • Australian Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle. 
  • Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen 
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
