THE ROLE:
- Supervising multiple exploration earthworks and civil projects
- Lead and coordinate teams ensuring works are completed within timeframes and safely
- Actively track delivery/quality of work packages to provide accurate progress reports
- Maintain sound communication with management and client(s)
- Preparation and maintenance of site documents/records and reports
- Ensuring all environmental, quality and regulatory compliance are met
- Show leadership in HSEQ: by active participation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Statutory Supervisor Certification (S26)
- Demonstrated previous experience in mining/civil construction
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of safety, project delivery, and scheduling
- Sound competency with Microsoft applications
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
