THE ROLE:
General Hand
We have multiple General Hands roles available to work across a Pre-Cast Concrete Manufacturing plant in Treendale. Being a strong team player is essential as you will also be required to collaborate with other team members.
- Assist with the production of concrete precast products
- General Labouring Duties
- Patching and superficial repair work of concrete products
- Mesh Cutting, Tack Welding and construction of reinforcing cages for pre-cast moulds.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Safety conscious
- Ability to unsupervised or as part of a team
- Work towards and achieve daily production targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Construction White Card
- Ability to take direction from management and supervisors
- Physical ability to complete tasks associated with Labouring work
- Proven ability to work autonomously with initiative and follow procedures and instructions.
- Australian Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen
- Proof of right to work in Australia
