THE ROLE:
- Processing invoices, matching, coding and reconciling statements
- Managing the Accounts payable inbox and responding to queries
- Entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable in line with company procedures
- Liaising with external Accountants, clients, employees and third-party suppliers
- Action incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Strong experience with MYOB AccountRight (essential)
- Reconciliation of accounts by verification of entries matching system reports and balances.
- Prepare and follow up on accounts payable items
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
- Proficient in MYOB (essential)
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll (desirable)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good knowledge of general administrative and finance procedures and practices
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Well Developed computer and Microsoft software skills
- National Police Clearance
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Able to pass a Pre Employment Medical
