THE ROLE:
- Providing administration support to multiple business units
- Documentation development and enhancements
- Meeting minutes preparation
- Maintaining registers and templates
- Records management data entry and mail processing
- Document control and record management including legislative adherence
- Responding to customer enquiries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated previous administration background
- Certificate 3 in Business / Administration (or similar)
- Current WA drivers licence
- Sound computer skills
- Good understanding of MS office
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to use initiative and assist colleagues when required
