THE ROLE:
- Manage the design process of pre-cast concrete products, from initial concept, through to creation of workable drawings
- Provide technical and manufacturing support to the production team.
- Work collaboratively with customers, management and production to develop real pre-cast solutions in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities within the business to further develop the company product range
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Design, or Drafting
- AutoCAD experience or equivalent
- Preferred background within concrete precast environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Sound competency with Microsoft applications
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
