THE ROLE:
Our client requires a suitably experienced ICT Networks Administrator or Support Technician to assist with the management of their Corporate and Operational Technology systems and applications.
Duties include
- Maintain stability of the applications, infrastructure and networks
- Act as a point of escalation for support tickets
- Use ITSM system for logging, triaging, and prioritising of support tickets
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues,
- Manage Anti-Virus / Anti Malware and other security solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Cert. IV in ICT related field or higher
- ITIL V4 Foundations Certificate
- C Class drivers licence and reliable transport
- Previous proven experience working in a similar role
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Test
- Proof of Right to Work in Australia
