THE ROLE:
ReadyForce Personnel are looking to expand their team in Bunbury with another highly motivated Recruitment Consultant. Duties and responsibilities include.
- Source and screen suitable candidates to fit clients' requirements.
- Assess candidates' suitability via interviews, reference checks and qualification verification.
- Collate relevant employment documentation.
- Coordinate Pre-Employment Medical Testing, Training and Inductions where required.
- Preparation of employment contracts.
- Maintain a professional relationship with candidates, clients and other relevant stakeholders
- Enter and track all external communications within company systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral forms.
- Strong attention to detail whilst working across multiple recruitment roles
- Proven experience and abilities in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise work commitments and meet deadlines.
- Excellent ethical and professional standards.
- A sound knowledge of Office 365 applications
